1. This machine tool is widely used in the processing of box parts, shell parts, disc-shaped parts, etc. in industries such as military, aerospace, automotive, mold, medical equipment, and machinery manufacturing. The machine tool is equipped with an automatic lubrication system, a cooling system, and a fully enclosed vertical protective cover.The machine base, columns, spindle box, cross slide table, worktable and other basic components are all formed by high-strength lost foam casting technology, with stable internal metallographic structure to ensure high stability of the basic components. The casting structure has undergone machine tool dynamics analysis and finite element analysis to make its geometric structure more reasonable, and the appropriate combination with reinforcing ribs ensures the high rigidity of the foundation components. The wide and solid machine base, box shaped "human" column, widened and elongated saddle, and fully supported load design conform to the advanced design concept of material mechanics, ensuring the heavy load capacity during processing.
2. High rigidity, high-precision spindle: using Taiwan funded variable frequency spindle and NT40-3000r manual puller spindle unit.
(1) The spindle motor is driven by a synchronous belt, which can significantly reduce transmission noise and heat generation.
(2) The spindle adopts precision grade Japanese NSK bearings, which are high-speed and high-precision, with a maximum speed of up to 8000r/min.
(3) The spindle housing adopts a 1:1 heavy hammer balance weight, which is more reliable and stable. To avoid resonance during high-speed operation of the spindle and ensure optimal machining accuracy.
3. Adopting Taiwanese C3 grade high-precision and high-strength ball screws. By using imported high-precision locking nuts and pre stretching ball screws, the transmission rigidity is greatly increased and the influence of thermal deformation during motion is eliminated, thus ensuring the positioning accuracy and repeatability accuracy of the machine tool.
4. The X, Y, and Z axes use original Taiwan silver roller heavy-duty guide rails, and the track slide seats are widened and enlarged, especially the Z-axis slide seat is lengthened. Roller heavy-duty track can meet customers' requirements for fast speed and high precision, as well as strong cutting, while also increasing the service life of machine tool guide rails.
5. Taiwan spindle units can also be added. Optional Taiwan original conical hat or disc type knife magazine, no need for manual tool change. Taiwan knife magazine has the characteristics of fast tool change speed and accurate tool change.
6. The machine tool is equipped with a sealed guide rail protective cover, which effectively protects the guide rail and screw, extending their service life.
7. When the machine tool is equipped with three-dimensional full protection, it ensures no vibration during strong chip cutting. (Customers can choose the style according to their own requirements for the appearance)
8. Customers can choose domestic or imported absolute value operation CNC systems, ensuring high stability, fast speed, smooth surface, and high precision of the control system. It has the functions and machining capabilities required for manufacturing molds. Support four axis linkage.
9. Equipped with a system control oil system: adopting our unique active hydraulic oil supply system: directly controlled by the operating system, automatically allocating oil supply according to motion requirements, accurately controlling the oil supply location and amount, greatly reducing the waste of lubricating oil and avoiding the situation of contaminating the coolant due to lubricating oil, greatly extending the use time of the coolant and ensuring the balance and lubrication of oil supply.
10. The wiring inside the electrical cabinet complies with national electrical safety regulations, ensuring that the control system operates without external interference. Better ensure production safety.
11. High precision pitch compensation, each transmission shaft adopts high-precision laser for detection and optimization compensation, making the positioning accuracy of each axis more accurate and more suitable for processing high-precision parts. At the same time, advanced ball bar instruments are used to optimize analysis and processing, ensuring the accuracy of the machine tool in circular and curved surface machining.
